Some photos from the Chicago GTG this last Saturday!

Had a lovely afternoon with my husband, walking around one of the local praire trails. We saw a deer! And, also lots of butterflies, which of course I had to stop and take a million pictures of :-)

Amazing circles

I really got a kick out of the Amazing Circles when I first found out about them. So sometimes when my photos don't come out absolutely fabulously, they get turned into Circles instead.

And today, I tried my hand at putting a bunch of them together to make what I call "Granny Quilt":

Attempting to give some flowers that "ethereal" look....hmmm, need more practice.
